Arrange Invoice & Payment

Let's get your plan
set up properly.

Every organisation operates differently. We know that. Payment protocols, procurement workflows and approval processes are as varied as the contracts we help you manage — and they should be. We are here to work with you, not around you.

Commercial relationships work best when the process is straightforward.

We understand that for many commercial teams — particularly those managing significant project pipelines — direct bank transfer is not just a preference, it is a procurement requirement. Purchase order processes, finance team approvals and accounts payable systems are built around invoiced services paid by EFT or international wire. That is exactly how we operate — invoice and international wire are available for once-off single reviews and for month-to-month plans alike, and for the CRI Live add-on on Level 3 reviews.

For our South African clients, we issue AUD-denominated invoices with the full commercial documentation your bank's forex desk requires for SARB compliance. You do not need a South African intermediary, and you do not need an Australian entity. We have done this before and we will make it straightforward for you.

Send us your details and plan selection at payments@pivotiq.com.au and we will have a formal tax invoice with your banking instructions back to you within one business day. No waiting. No chasing.
